About me
Taal Goldman (b. 1972) a Member of Kibbutz Yotvata. I hold a degree in Industrial Design from Hadassah Academic College, Jerusalem.
My works have been exhibited in solo and group shows, art fairs, and biennials in numerous galleries and exhibition spaces both in Israel and abroad. Some of my works are part of private collections in Israel and around the world. In my work, I engage in visual research of concepts that are humanized through my art. I focus on figurative painting as a research medium, exploring the minimalist significance of research subjects.
I experiment with various techniques including pastels, embroidery thread drawing, printmaking, watercolors, acrylics, oils, and more.
The exploration of the materials I work with becomes an integral part of the formal research. The inspiration for my work comes from the landscapes, nature and culture of the Arava and Kibbutz life.
